Welcome to X-Cleaner ("the App"), developed by NourELHouda This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. We focus on providing a secure "All-in-one" solution for cleaning, app locking, and photo vaulting without compromising your privacy.

2. Sensitive Permissions & Data Usage

To provide our core features, we require specific sensitive permissions. We do not collect, store, or share your personal files on any external servers. All processing happens locally on your device.

  • MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (All Files Access):

    • Purpose: Required for the "Deep Junk Cleaner" to scan and delete residual "corpse files," logs, and empty folders.

    • Media Vault: Used to move and encrypt your photos/videos into a secure directory.

  • READ_MEDIA_IMAGES & READ_MEDIA_VIDEO:

    • Purpose: Allows the "Private Photo Vault" to display your gallery so you can select and encrypt media files.

  • FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE:

    • Purpose: Ensures that "AppLock" and "Real-time Privacy Guard" stay active to protect your apps instantly, even when the App is in the background.

  • QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES:

    • Purpose: Necessary for the "App Manager" and "AppLock" to identify installed applications on your device for cleaning or locking.

3. Information Collected by Third-Parties

We use trusted third-party services for ads and analytics. These services may collect device identifiers (Ad ID) and usage stats:

  • Google AdMob & AdSense: To show relevant ads.

  • Google Analytics: To monitor app performance and crashes.

  • Privacy Link: Google Privacy Policy.

4. Data Retention & Security

  • Local Processing: Your photos in the "Vault" and your "AppLock" settings are stored locally. If you uninstall the App without restoring files from the vault, they may be lost.

  • Encryption: We use industry-standard encryption to protect files within the private vault.
